3. Mobile App Subscriptions (iOS and Android)

If you purchase a subscription to The Cozy Ritual Club through our mobile application, payments are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the app.

iOS (Apple App Store)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.

Apple Inc. is not responsible for the content, support, or maintenance of The Cozy Ritual Club app. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies where required.

Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.

Android (Google Play Store)

If you subscribe through the Google Play Store:

Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled by Google in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies.

Google LLC is not responsible for the content, support, or maintenance of The Cozy Ritual Club app beyond what is required under Google Play policies.

Platform Responsibility

We do not control billing once a subscription is processed through Apple or Google. All billing disputes, refund requests, and payment issues for mobile subscriptions must be directed to the respective app store provider.

Subscription pricing may vary between the website, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.

4. Account, Access & Subscriptions

If you create an account or subscribe inside the app, you agree to keep your login details private and not share access or downloadable content. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, content sharing, or other behavior that violates these terms.

Subscription and purchase management (including renewal and cancellation) is handled through the platform from which you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We use third-party services to sync subscription status with our app.

Continued use of paid features means you accept any applicable subscription terms and pricing on the platform through which you subscribed.

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions made within the mobile app are processed by Apple (for iOS users) or Google (for Android users).

Payment, billing, subscription management, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective platform provider.

For billing issues or refund requests:

• Android users should contact Google Play Support

Aside from what Apple or Google may allow under their policies, we do not provide refunds for digital content or subscriptions once access has been granted.
